Till skillnad fr\u00e5n vad m\u00e5nga tror g\u00e5r det att g\u00f6ra mycket f\u00f6r att bli mer kreativ b\u00e5de i sitt yrke och i vardagen. Hur s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller man sin kreativa f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga p\u00e5 b\u00e4sta m\u00f6jliga s\u00e4tt?<\/p>\n

Kreativitet \u00e4r nyckeln till det mesta nuf\u00f6rtiden. F\u00e5 t\u00e4nker p\u00e5 hur viktigt detta \u00e4r. Kampen mot tr\u00f6tthet<\/strong><\/h2>\n

De flesta k\u00e4mpar dagligen mot en viss typ av tr\u00f6tthet. Ofta kan det handla om motivations- och inspirationsbrist, man brinner helt enkelt inte f\u00f6r det man g\u00f6r under dagarna och redan det kan g\u00f6ra en tr\u00f6tt och h\u00e5gl\u00f6s. Men oavsett hur inspirerande ens jobb \u00e4r kommer dagar d\u00e5 det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att hitta inspiration och n\u00e4r ens kreativa f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga s\u00e4tts p\u00e5 prov. D\u00e5 kan det ocks\u00e5 vara sv\u00e5rt att t\u00e4nka positivt, n\u00e5got som ytterligare drar ner p\u00e5 jobbmotivationen.<\/p>\n

Att i dessa fall k\u00e4nna sig sj\u00e4lv och vad man i det dagliga livet kan g\u00f6ra f\u00f6r att dra nytta av sina styrkor i sin personlighet kan vara guld v\u00e4rt. Vi \u00e4r alla olika och d\u00e4rf\u00f6r beh\u00f6ver man ocks\u00e5 k\u00e4nna till viktiga faktorer som p\u00e5verkar produktiviteten under en dag. Under vilken tid p\u00e5 dygnet fungerar man som b\u00e4st och i vilka situationer \u00e4r det som man jobbar som b\u00e4st?<\/p>\n

Det finns ocks\u00e5 \u00e4ven i \u00f6vrigt mycket som man kan g\u00f6ra f\u00f6r att bli mer kreativ och b\u00e4ttre motiverad i sitt jobb. Vill man prestera p\u00e5 topp borde man egentligen t\u00e4nka som en elitidrottare. Detta eftersom allt fr\u00e5n s\u00f6mn och tr\u00e4ning till hur man \u00e4ter p\u00e5verkar hur man m\u00e5r och d\u00e4rmed ocks\u00e5 orken. N\u00e4r man m\u00e5r bra och kan t\u00e4nka klart \u00e4r man helt enkelt mer kreativ.<\/p>\n

Hur man blir mer kreativ<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Nedan finns n\u00e5gra f\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 vad man kan g\u00f6ra f\u00f6r att bli mer kreativ och en allm\u00e4nt mer positiv person. M\u00e5nga har blivit mer uppm\u00e4rksamma p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ningens inverkan p\u00e5 v\u00e4lm\u00e5endet och kreativiteten under senare \u00e5r tack vare b\u00f6cker som Hj\u00e4rnstark<\/a> av Anders Hansen. Det finns dock fortfarande en mentalitet bland m\u00e5nga av oss som f\u00f6rsk\u00f6nar det h\u00e5rda jobbet. Man tror att mer alltid \u00e4r b\u00e4ttre n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller jobb. Men speciellt n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller kreativitet kan f\u00f6r mycket av det goda ibland f\u00e5 motsatt verkan. H\u00e4r \u00e4r en liten checklista p\u00e5 enkla knep f\u00f6r att bli mer kreativ och lite positivare i din vardag:<\/p>\n

1.Tr\u00e4na lite varje dag<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n

Om man ser till att svettas lite varje dag kommer man genast att m\u00e4rka hur mycket b\u00e4ttre man m\u00e5r. Detta p\u00e5verkar b\u00e5de avslappningen, s\u00f6mnkvaliteten och tankeverksamheten. Tr\u00e4ning tar naturligtvis tid, men ibland beh\u00f6vs det faktiskt inte mer \u00e4n att man drar p\u00e5 sig sina l\u00f6pskor och beger sig ut p\u00e5 en halvtimmes l\u00f6ptur.<\/p>\n

2. Sov ordentligt<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n

M\u00e5nga p\u00e5 sociala medier l\u00e4gger numera fokuset p\u00e5 olika k\u00e4nda entrepren\u00f6rers tidiga morgonrutiner. Ibland finns det exempel p\u00e5 personer som sover 4 timmar och sedan jobbar hela dagarna och kv\u00e4llarna f\u00f6r att sedan upprepa detta 7 dagar i veckan. Detta kan kanske fungera under vissa kortare perioder, men i l\u00e4ngden kommer alla att f\u00e5 perioder d\u00e4r detta kommer att ta ut sin r\u00e4tt. S\u00f6mn \u00e4r viktigt, det \u00e4r under s\u00f6mnen som b\u00e5de kroppen och hj\u00e4rnan reparerar dagens belastning och utarbetar nya id\u00e9er. Hur m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger upplever vi v\u00e4l inte att vi har klara l\u00f6sningar p\u00e5 problem n\u00e4r vi vaknat – saker som verkade o\u00f6verkomliga innan l\u00e4ggdags?<\/p>\n

3. \u00c4t nyttigt och lagom<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n

Man beh\u00f6ver inte vara en elitidrottare f\u00f6r att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 sina kostvanor. Ett vanligt problem hos de flesta av oss \u00e4r att vi \u00f6ver\u00e4ter under lunchen eller middagen, n\u00e5got som g\u00f6r att vi blir oerh\u00f6rt sega resten av dagen. Ibland skall man naturligtvis unna sig av livets goda, men p\u00e5 det stora hela b\u00f6r man se till att h\u00e5lla kostintaget nyttigt. Sj\u00e4lv f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker jag \u00e4ta ytterst l\u00e4tt och vitaminrikt p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llarna f\u00f6r att vakna pigg och alert. De g\u00e5nger som jag tv\u00e4rtom \u00e4ter tungt p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llarna, tillsammans med alkohol och s\u00f6tsaker har jag i regel ytterst sv\u00e5rt att stiga upp p\u00e5 morgnarna. Ett bevis s\u00e5 gott som n\u00e5got om hur viktigt det \u00e4r med en bra kost f\u00f6r kroppen och allts\u00e5 \u00e4ven hj\u00e4rna.<\/p>\n

4. Drick mycket vatten<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n

Det \u00e4r r\u00e4tt ofta man ser kvinnor sitta med en vattenflaska vid sitt arbetsbord eller p\u00e5 lektioner i skolan. Det \u00e4r betydligt mer s\u00e4llsynt att se m\u00e4n g\u00f6ra det samma. Det finns dock all orsak att ta efter detta ”beteende”. Om ni kommer p\u00e5 er sj\u00e4lva med att ha druckit mera kaffe \u00e4n vatten under en dag \u00e4r det h\u00f6g tid att \u00e4ndra p\u00e5 vanorna. En regel kunde vara att dricka minst 3 glas vatten p\u00e5 en kopp kaffe. Redan med detta kommer ni att m\u00e4rka stora f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar i v\u00e4lm\u00e5endet. Det beh\u00f6ver v\u00e4l inte p\u00e5minnas om hur viktigt vatten \u00e4r f\u00f6r v\u00e4lm\u00e5endet och att kaffe faktiskt \u00e4r v\u00e4tskedrivande?<\/p>\n

5. Du kan inte v\u00e4nta p\u00e5 inspiration<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n

I tidigare punkter var fokuset p\u00e5 v\u00e4lm\u00e5endet och h\u00e4lsan, saker som ju sist och slutligen \u00e4r en av de viktigaste sakerna f\u00f6r att vi skall fungera och orka vara positiva under en dag. Men f\u00f6r att kunna prestera beh\u00f6ver ocks\u00e5 jobbet g\u00f6ras. Det finns ett citat av Jack London som lyder; You can’t wait for inspiration. You have to go after it with a club<\/em>. Det st\u00e4mmer definitivt. De b\u00e4sta id\u00e9erna beh\u00f6ver inte n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigtvis komma genast, men genom att s\u00e5 ett fr\u00f6 genom aktivt tankearbete kan det utvecklas till n\u00e5got fantastiskt. Varf\u00f6r inte medan man sover eller under en joggingtur?<\/p>\n

6. Planera och strukturera dagen<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n

Detta har det skrivits om ofta p\u00e5 bloggen. Oavsett hur bra man \u00e4n jobbar under dagarna kan det ocks\u00e5 finnas en risk att man g\u00f6r on\u00f6digt jobb eller helt enkelt jobbar sig fr\u00e5n sin \u00f6vergripande plan om man inte utv\u00e4rderar sina framsteg ibland. Det finns ytterst f\u00e5 saker som g\u00e5r som planerat i livet, men m\u00e5ls\u00e4ttningar och planeringen f\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 dessa har \u00e4ven en annan funktion. Ibland kan dessa ge inspiration och hopp om framtiden – saker som igen har en positiv inverkan p\u00e5 det mentala. Att m\u00e5la upp positiva bilder i sitt sinne har f\u00f6r det mesta \u00e4ven en positiv inverkan p\u00e5 v\u00e4lm\u00e5endet och d\u00e4rmed \u00e4ven kreativiteten.<\/p>\n

Som ni m\u00e4rker finns det genom sm\u00e5 medel mycket man kan g\u00f6ra f\u00f6r att p\u00e5verka den dagliga kreativiteten. Nyckeln ligger i att agera mera proffsigt och ta sin yrkesroll p\u00e5 allvar genom att t\u00e4nka i st\u00f6rre banor – precis som en elitidrottare som tar sitt yrke p\u00e5 allvar.<\/p>\n

Elitidrottare \u00e4r k\u00e4nda f\u00f6r att pr\u00f6va p\u00e5 det mest i sin jakt p\u00e5 perfektion. Man beh\u00f6ver inte efterstr\u00e4va perfektion i sitt liv, men ofta t\u00e4nker man inte efter tillr\u00e4ckligt noga n\u00e4r man s\u00f6ker efter orsaker till sin h\u00e5gl\u00f6shet och inspirationsbrist. Kreativitet \u00e4r trots allt oftast endast en annan ben\u00e4mning f\u00f6r ”inspiration” – och inspiration kommer n\u00e4stan alltid som ett brev p\u00e5 posten n\u00e4r man m\u00e5r riktigt bra.<\/p>\n
