Idag\u00a0har jag hittat\u00a0ett riktigt guldkorn f\u00f6r de som \u00e4r intresserad av personlig utveckling. Det \u00e4r fr\u00e5n boken Personal Efficiency<\/a> av James Samuel Knox fr\u00e5n \u00e5r 1920 som jag idag h\u00e4mtar inspiration till hur man kan utveckla sin personlighet.<\/p>\n Ofta handlar framg\u00e5ng och den produktivitet som ligger bakom denna mycket mer om att hitta de r\u00e4tta rutinerna som passar en som person och inte minst den livssituation man befinner sig i \u00e4n om ren talang. Det \u00e4r klart att man ibland har sina dalar n\u00e4r orken inte riktigt r\u00e4cker till f\u00f6r att fullf\u00f6lja alla de planer man lagt upp, men ifall man i alla fall har ett klart schema f\u00f6r hur man l\u00e4gger upp sin dag s\u00e5 \u00f6kar sannolikheten m\u00e4rkbart att man klarar att fullf\u00f6lja dessa.<\/p>\n Nedan har Knox lagt upp ett f\u00f6rslag till hur man kan l\u00e4gga upp sin dag f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 en bra balans mellan dagens alla aktiviteter.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n M\u00e4rk v\u00e4l att Knox i schemat skrivit in ”Period of Destiny” bredvid de 3 timmar av rekreation och studier som han f\u00f6resl\u00e5r att vi h\u00e4nger oss \u00e5t varje kv\u00e4ll. Med det menar han att det \u00e4r under denna period som vi till st\u00f6rst utstr\u00e4ckning kan p\u00e5verka v\u00e5ra liv genom att h\u00e4nge oss \u00e5t de aktiviteter som utvecklar oss som personer. Planering och sj\u00e4lvrannsakan \u00e4r n\u00e5gra av dessa saker. Egentligen har Knox placerat in totalt 5 timmar under dygnet\u00a0f\u00f6r aktiviteter som kan klassas som sj\u00e4lvutveckling.<\/p>\n Det \u00e4r under denna tid man bland annat skall fundera \u00f6ver vilka personliga egenskaper som beh\u00f6ver utvecklas. F\u00f6r detta \u00e4ndam\u00e5let kan det d\u00e5 vara beh\u00e4ndigt att ha en form av tabell d\u00e4r man po\u00e4ngs\u00e4tter de personliga egenskaperna dag f\u00f6r dag enligt en valfri skala.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Nedan \u00e4r ett f\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra viktiga personliga egenskaper som man kan po\u00e4ngs\u00e4tta dag f\u00f6r dag.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Knox har ocks\u00e5 gjort upp ett schema f\u00f6r hur man p\u00e5 ett enkelt s\u00e4tt kan rannsaka sig sj\u00e4lv utifr\u00e5n 5 faktorer med avseende p\u00e5 hur effektiv man\u00a0\u00e4r som person. Dessa faktorer \u00e4r tidsanv\u00e4ndning, kunskapshantering, skicklighet, mentala f\u00e4rdigheter och h\u00e4lsa.
