Som en av de rikaste personerna i världen behöver inte Warren Buffet någon närmare presentation. Han har redan en längre tid varit en av de mest respekterade placerarna i världen och hans placeringsstrategier har blivit något som allt fler inom området eftersträvar.

Det han alltid eftersträvat är enkelhet och långsiktighet i placeringar, något som aktiemarknaden inte direkt är känd för. Tvärtom har det alltid varit kortsiktighet och en strävan efter snabba vinster som alltid präglat aktiemarknaden.

Det som Buffett i all väsentlighet vill poängtera är att man skall se sina placeringar som ägarandelar i ett företag, istället för att spekulera i kortsiktiga värdeökningar.
